He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy (Stock); his close friend Jeanette McCully; his parents, Carl Lamb and Alice Lamb (King); and his siblings, Aubrey, Keith, Robert and Lois.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Lamb (Martha), Floyd Lamb (Sylvia), Victor Lamb, Vivian Dunphy and Christina MacKay (Norman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
