She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Gibson and Peggy Gibson (Lee); and her siblings, Basil, Brenton, Howard, Bonita, Doreen and Annie.

She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Noel (Monique) and Laura (Matthew Pulsifer); her grandchildren, Sierra, Charli, Jonah and Lyla; and her siblings, Rudy, Paul (Helen), Gibson Woods, Kenny (Ursula), Joyce London (Ted), Virginia, Nancy Kamanga of Markham, ON, Valerie Rafuse (Brian), Centreville and Sharon Eagles of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
