He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mackintosh and Anita Mackintosh (Agnew) of Oxford; and his sister-in-law Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Therese; his siblings, Valerie, Randy and Ian (Cheryl); and his great-niece Taylor Lynne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great-niece and cousins.
