He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Milner and Sarah Milner; his wife Thelma; his siblings, Willam and Elsie O'Neil; and his son-in-law Martin Kilmer.
He is survived by: his children, Garry of London, ON, Joel of Brampton, ON, Gary Jarvis (Barb) of North Tay, NB, Pamela (Tweedy), Mary Jane (Rolfe), Jocelyn Milner (Mark Ediger) of Madison, WI, Jolene Jarvis and Carla (Robinson); his grandchildren, Allen (Dana), Carl Jarvis (Jessica), Logan (Aynsley), Nathan Ward (Jody), Adam, Jonathan (Erin), Courtney Robinson, Rebecca, Megan Rolfe (Limay), Thomas Tweedy, Jacob Ediger, Jodie Holmes (Jordan) and Amy Stuehler (Simon); his cousins, Marion Carter and Jane Wilkins; and his godchildren, Bruce and Erin Ritchie. He is also survived by children and his Jarvis stepchildren.
