It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Mills (Oxford, Nova Scotia), born in Westville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Roy Oliver. She is survived by: her parent Ellen "Nellie" Oliver (Myers); her siblings, Gloria Theriault of Truro and Leslie Oliver (Audrey) of Kentville; her siblings-in-law, Stan Ellis and Dorothy Mills; and her cousin Phyllis Weaver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
