Jessie C. MacDougall Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie C. MacDougall (Oxford, Nova Scotia), born in South West Margaree, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 24, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Gillis and Elizabeth Agnes Gillis; her husband William Daniel; her grandson Liam John; and her brothers, Anthony, John and Richard "Richie".
She is survived by: her children, Brenda (Robert), Mary (Roy), Niagara Falls, Ont, Judy (Tony), Oakville, Bill (Holly) and Ian (Sue); her grandchildren, Bradley, Callen, Regan, Ruari, Nolan, Jeremy, Dexter, Matthew and Sarah; and her siblings, Michael (Mary), Anne Marie (James), Peggy (George), Veronica and Rita (late Johnny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many treasured in-laws.
There will be no funeral mass at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic but services will be held at a later date.
Sympathy may be expressed in lieu of flowers through a donation to the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital Foundation.
