Horace Patriquin Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ainslie Patriquin and Patricia Patriquin (Alexander); his daughter Deborah Polley; his siblings, Dennis, Brian and Pansy Legere; his parents-in-law, Harry and Irene Annis (Brownell); and his sons-in-law, Mark Crowley and Glen Boyd.

He is survived by: his wife Carole Annis; his children, Cheryl Boyd, Michael (Terry), Susan, Doug (Danielle), Cindy Roberts (Larry) and Patti Purdy (Lawson); and his siblings, Wendell (Valerie), Reginald (Brenda), Daryl (Heather), Lee and Barbara Ewart. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LA Animal Shelter or Alzheimer Society.
