Rushton (Purdy); her daughter Theresa; her close friend Bob Popplewell of Calgary, Alberta; her siblings, Leon, Mervil, Percy, Llewelyn, Richard (Pudd), Ivan, Elsie Wood (Sis), Nina Dale, Doreen Polley, Muriel Embree and Lorraine Rushton (Jeannie); and her son-in-law Adair McLellan.

She is survived by: her children, Derek (Wilma) of Calgary, AB, Devon of Kelowna, BC, Kim McLellan of River Phillip, NS and Karla (James) of Oromocto, NB; her brother Les Rushton (Nancy) of Oxford, NS; her sister-in-law Sandra Rushton (Stella Corbin) of Amherst, NS; and her close friend Elizabeth Hudson-Jenson (Dave) of Ottawa, ON.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
