He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stevens and Beatrice Stevens (Fenton); his wife Geraldine Perry; his grandson Troy MacKinnon; his great grandchild Harris Davison; and his siblings, Ray, Gordon and Jean.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy (Dorothy), Williamsdale, Mark (Norma), Michael (Kathy), Mount Pleasant, Tammy Roode (Stephen), Bedford, Dale Davison (Richard), Marilyn MacKinnon (Larry) of Galloway, BC and Karen Frenette (Andrew); and his siblings, Ralph (Barb) and Edith Hunsley (Wilson). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
