He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowena Tizzard (Watkins) and Rev. Aubrey Tizzard; his sister Elizabeth; his brother-in-law John Walsh; his brother Roger Tizzard; his aunt Dorothy Watkins; his niece Meghan Bragg; his father-in-law Doug Bragg; and his brothers-in-law, Ross, Paul and Carl Bragg.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Tom Tizzard (Vanessa), Jason Tizzard and Julia Lavers (Ron); his grandchildren, Abby, Raymond Tizzard and Elliot Lavers; his brothers, Malcolm Tizzard (Coreen), Kolbec and Michael Tizzard (Mary) of Alviston, ON; his brother-in-law Darryl Bragg (Tammy); his mother-in-law Doreen Bragg; and his sisters-in-law, Debby Tizzard and Wanda Lavers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
