Frank Lewis Carter Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carter and Mabel Carter (Rushton); his wife Anna Carter (Fowler); and his siblings, Ella Wilmot (Todd), Carrie Betts (Ira), Jean McFadden (Norman) and Harold Carter (Pauline).

He is survived by: his children, Michael Carter (Susan), Keith Carter (Christine), Carol Carter, Nancy Betts (Carl) and Brenda Oikle (Walter); and his brother Wilfred Carter (Betty). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and plenty of nieces and nephews.
