She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Sewell and Calla Sewell (Brown); her husband Francis A. McConaghy; her daughter Jane Pineo; her daughter-in-law Penny McConaghy; and her brother Gerald Sewell.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Arseneau (Arthur) and David McConaghy (Barb Swazey); her son-in-law David Pineo; and her grandchildren, Jason Arseneau (Crystal), Geoffrey Arseneau (Beth), Jillian Phinney (Nathan), Jeremy Pineo, Nicholas Pineo, Jon Pineo (Allison), Melissa Beers (Adam), Christopher McConaghy and Jessica McConaghy (Maggie Hood). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Donations to Hospice House, or in honour of those she loved, to the Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated.
