Knockwood (Oxford, Nova Scotia), born in Five Islands, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Pugsley and Francis Pugsley (Eagles); her husband George; her grandson Myles; and her brothers, Delbert, Lewis and Sidney.

She is survived by: her children, John (Mary) of New Britain, Conn, Michael (Brenda), Fort Folly, Theresa Lowe (Paul) of Springhill, NS and Chief Rebecca Knockwood; her grandchildren, Savannah, Victor, Jolyne, Nicole, Lacey, Justin, Gerald, Ashley, David, Michelle, Sarabeth, Tiffany, Brittany, Michaela and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Trystan, Theresa Dawn, Baydon, Zachery, Aiden, Colton, Myra, Declan, Gage, Rachel Grace, Hannah, Jackson, Thea, Graydon, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Jorgia-Anne, Lara and Beau; her sisters, Joyce Comeau, Ferne Gould (Ricky), Marion MacIsaac and Robin Pugsley; and her caregivers, Shelly, Amy, Cindy, Kali and Jessica. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
