He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Clyde W. and Mona Holland (Hughes); and his brother Dr. James Holland. He is survived by: his spouse Patience "Pat" Millicent (Dyer); his pet Laddie; his children, Karen (Jim Riley), Sara and David; his grandchildren, Holly and Mark; and his great grandchild Jackson.
