He was predeceased by: his parents, Carman Estabrooks and Charlotte Estabrooks (Hicks); his sister Agnes; and his former wife Monique. He is survived by: his wife Susan Estabrooks (McGivney); his children, David (Lisa), Chelsea and Reece (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Charles, Blair and Alyshea; his brothers, Stephen (Cheryl), Gary (Cheryl), Carlyn and Jamie (Rhonda); his parents-in-law, Ron and Debbie McGivney; and his sister-in-law Mary Louise Keehn (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
