He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Goodwin and Margaret Goodwin (Craig); his son Jeffrey; and his siblings, Ralph, Lovell, George, Kenny Goodwin, Lottie Pye and Edna Goodwin.

He is survived by: his wife Verne; his children, Kevin Goodwin (Susan) of Pickering, ON, Kathleen Goodwin of Riverbank South, NB and Kim Goodwin (Bill Quinn) of Baie Verte, NB; his daughter-in-law Glenis; his grandchildren, Ian Kay, Emily, Kayla, Tim, Nicholas, Victor and Victoria Goodwin; his sister Dora Nadeau of Saint-Basile, NB; and his sister-in-law Doreen Atkinson of Kingston, ON. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Amos maybe made to a charity of the donor's choice.
