He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harvey and Doris Margaret Lloy (Purdy); his brothers, Eric (Eleanor), Spurgeon (Lottie), Hance and Vernon (Joan); his son John Gordon; and his granddaughter Emily.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy June (Bigney); his siblings, David (Laura), Eva Orr (John) and Shirley Sherriff (Al); his sister-in-law Isee; and his daughter Anna Marie (George).
