Suzette Hollett MacIsaac wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Donnie, Thinking of you as you travel another bend in life’s road. I had the privilege of reconnecting with Sadie and Bob during a chance encounter while I was visiting friends in Fergus (Parkland). Bob christened my middle daughter Suzette in the summer of 1966 when he was guest preacher at Carmen United Church in Sydney Mines. I have fond memories of the house parties we attended in the 50’s in Sydney Mines. Take care, Don Hollett”
