Rose Lamie Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Rose Lamie (North Sydney, Nova Scotia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Murphy and Helen Murphy (Parsons); her grandmother Rose; her sister Amelia MacNeil; her daughters, Patricia Lamie, Mary Elizabeth Lamie (Allan Buchanan) and Therese Lamie; her granddaughter Emma Buchanan; her husband Hugh Lamie; her siblings, Frank, William (Bill), Sydney, Donald (Don), Cyril of Acton, Mass., Therese and Violet; and also Christa Gullage. She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers (in fact, we are not in a position to accept them), donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, the North Sydney Food Bank, or a charity of your choice.
