He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clarke and Alfreda Clarke (Standing); his parents-in-law, Charlie and Beth Gardner; his siblings, Mae (John McCarthy) and Jack Clarke; his niece Rhonda Clarke; his nephew Grant Clarke; and his brother-in-law Robert Evans.

He is survived by: his son Jeff; his wife Diane Clarke (Gardner); his children, Jeffery Clarke and Noel Clarke (Matt); his granddaughter Kayla Clarke; his siblings, Pearl Hillier (Joe) and Aubrey Clarke (Phyllis); and his siblings-in-law, Kerry Gardner (Doris), Bill Gardner (Jean), Donna Evans and Patricia Clarke.
