He was predeceased by: his father Peter O'Neil; and his siblings, Jimmy O'Neil, Geraldine Skillings, Agnes Richmond, Genevieve Lively and Shirley McCarthy.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen O'Neil (Parks); his daughters, Carolyn Marsh (Jimmy), Monica O'Neil and Sherri Miles (Chess); his grandchildren, Alicia Taylor (Marc), Brianna Marsh, Makayla, Brooke Miles, Brandon Marsh, Troy, Trent O'Neil, Jesse and Colby Ivey; his great grandchild Spencer Taylor; his sisters, Mary Skillings, Patricia Foster, Anne O'Neil, Rita Roefs (Tony) and Diane Onieu (Gord); and his siblings-in-law, Ernie Parks, Harold Parks, Alex Parks (Mable), Nora Keagan, Theresa Parks and Marlene Parks. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
