He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Keagan and Marion Keagan (McCarthy); and his siblings, Michael "Pete", Charlie, Eddie Keagan and Rose Caldwell.
He is survived by: his siblings, George Keagan (Joanne), Doug Keagan (Pat) and Marion "Mimmie" Russell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
