He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gallop and Nellie Gallop (Beaton). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gallop (MacCormick); his children, Blair (Terra) and Cynthia; his brothers, Fred (Caroline), Brian (Susan) and Creek; his uncle Jack (Sandy); and also, Colleen Cameron (Don), Shaun MacCormick, Brian MacCormick (Johanna), Liam MacCormick (Darlene MacKenzie), Keith MacCormick (Cheryl) and Maureen MacCormick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
