We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2019, at the age of 80, Murray Barrett (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Barrett and Willamena Barrett (Lee); and his son Patrick Murray Barrett. He is survived by: his significant other Madeleine Barrett (St Pierre); his children, Daniel George Barrett of Bonnyville, AB, Carolyn Meloney (Sid) and Bruce Steve Barrett; his granddaughters, Lauren and Kendall Meloney; and his sisters, Joanne McGrath (Mike) and Nancy Longard (Gary).
