We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2021, at the age of 61, Michael MacNeil (North Sydney, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael B. McNeil and Rose McNeil (Hawrylak); and his niece Taylor. He is survived by: his siblings, Debi Freeborne (Bill), Bruce MacNeil (Elgin), Elaine MacLean (Bill), Lloyd MacNeil, David MacNeil (Shelley), Joanne MacNeil and Sydney; and his nieces and nephews, Connor, Daniel, Breton, Anna, Sean, Nathan and David.

A family gathering will be planned post the Covid-19 pandemic.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of one's choice.
