He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Jackman and Blanche Jackman (Duke); and his sister Mary Elizabeth. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle; and his siblings, Noella Jackman Bragg, Barbara Dondon (Mike) and Marcel (Elise Ratchford). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He felt great pride when he taught CPR for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
