She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Guy and Kathleen Guy (Yorke); her husband Robert "Bob" Power; her siblings, Helen Morgan (Ray), Lexie Wilkie (George) and Wilfred "Buddy" Guy (Patsy); her daughter Kathleen Bennett; and her brother-in-law Wally Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Jardine (Reg) and Blair Power (Veronica); her stepson Dennis Power; her grandchildren, Christian of North Sydney, Makayla of North Sydney, Evan of North Sydney, Garron of North Sydney, Marissa of North Sydney and Ryan of North Sydney; her siblings, Leonard "Sonny" Guy (Joan), North Sydney, Dave Guy (Jillian), Sydney Mines, Michael Guy, Edmonton, Maria Westhaver (Greg), Westmount, Sheila McMillan (Shaun), Mary Donald and Halifax; and her close friends, Ellen McNamara, Barbara Williams, Debbie Bond, Catherine Seymour, Caroline Campbell and Carl Pottier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
