Leslie Pyke Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2021, at the age of 91, Leslie Pyke (North Sydney, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Pyke and Christine Pyke; and his siblings, Frank, Ray Pyke and Shirley Pentecost.
He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Best; his children, Yvonne Bailey (Lawrence) of North Sydney, Brian Pyke (Joanne) of North Sydney and Karen Pyke (Greg Popovich) of North Sydney; his grandchildren, Tammy, Troy, Todd Bailey, Ashley, Scott, Dennis Pyke, Michael and Stephanie Popovich; his siblings, Milton, Austin, Henry (Carol), Leroy (Lily), Harvey Pyke (Marian), Enamarie Summerton (Bill), Millie Moores (Cecil), Gertie Aylward (Ritchie) and Polly Hosking (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Edna Pyke and Ruth Slade. He is also survived by his two daughters, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
Covid-19 protocol regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing and limited seating for the visitation and funeral service will be in place.
