He is survived by: his parent Martha Harbin (Street); his wife Ruby Harbin; his children, Brenda Cook (Jim), Wayne Harbin (Betty), Donna Smith (Brian), Harry Harbin (Wanda), Judy Mahar (Robert), Ruby Juchli (Pat), Edith Penny (William), Darlene Long (Michael), Andrew Harbin (Beth) and Jeff Harbin; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Peter, Daniel, Jennifer, Heather, Adam, Sean, Ian, Rodney, Laura, Billy, Steven, Michael, Jason, Shana, Jordan, Joshua, Tiffany, Mary Beth, Matthew, Hannah and Emily.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Sydney Masonic Scholarship Fund.
