He was predeceased by : his father Gordon Poole; his sister Eva Fleming (Duncan); his parents-in-law, Harry and Florence Devoe; his siblings-in-law, Beverly McGrath, Kevin Devoe, Glen Sexton and Jack MacNeil; and his nephew Leigh Fleming.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce (Devoe); his child Jamie (Nicole); his grandchildren, Nancy Kelly (Blaise), Sio, Seamus Poole, Oliver and Lachlan Kelly; his siblings-in-law, Angie MacNeil, Brenda Sexton, Mabel D'Eon (Gerald), Lorraine Doyle (Gerard), Jane McNeil (Gary) and Brian Devoe (Jane); his niece Sheila Perri; and his nephews, Jonathan and Scott Fleming. He is also survived by friends, as well as all his friends.
Memorial donations in Doug's name may be made to the renal dialysis unit of the Northside Harbourview Hospital Foundation.
