He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Boutilier and Eileen Boutilier (Scholfield); his wife Carol (Burt); and his siblings, Robert, David Boutilier and Linda Campbell.

He is survived by: his children, Derek and Holly; and his brothers, Keith (Gloria), Clayton (Paula) and Peter (Corinne).

Covid-19 restrictions will be in place with Proof of Vaccination and the wearing of masks for the visitation and funeral service.
