It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence Cecilia Wilson (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Donovan; her husbands, Tommy Shaw (Buddy) and Angus Wilson; her siblings, Katie, Joe and Danny; her great grandchild Molly; and her close friend Loni.
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Patricia), Ronnie (Corie), Cathy (Paul), Cheryl (Rich), Jane (Darren) and Andrew; and her sister Mary Gillis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations can be made in memory of Florence to Hospice Cape Breton or to Our Lady of The Miraculous Medal Parish (which mom was very passionate about).
