With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella Clarke (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 8, 2019 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ella Clarke to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Alice Maude Rideout (Fricker); her husband Howard "Howdie" Clarke; her daughter Patricia; her siblings, Irene Clark, Mildred Seymour, Hattie Fricker, Gladys Foss, Tim and Cecil; and her siblings-in-law, Margie MacDonald and Bob Clarke.
She is survived by: her children, Eric (Shirleen), Sandra Cuff (Harold), Jean (Reid MacKay) and Donna (John O'Brien); her grandchildren, Eric, Tim, Stephen, Shauna, Heather, Wendy, Adam and Dean; her great grandchildren, Katie, Jordan, Riley, Jack, Marleigh and Evan; and her siblings-in-law, Conrad Clarke (Bish) and Shirley Clarke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Giles Presbyterian Church, North Sydney.
