She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Keigan and Lillian Keigan (Pearcey); her siblings, Dorothy Young, Marie Gerrow, Lilly Donovan, Edna Devoe, Ernie and Dennis Keigan; her mother-in-law Maureen Bonar; her niece Susie; and her nephews, Larry and Kevin.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her stepson Andy Bonar (Nicole); her stepgrandchildren, Isabella and Damien; her siblings, Bill Keigan (Rachel), Jerry Keigan (Brenda), Tom Keigan (Emily), Dave Keigan (Helen), Len Keigan (Angela), Lucy Smith (Felix), Wagamatook, Jean Keigan (Chuck) and Cathy Leamon (Scott); her sister-in-law Debbie MacAskill (Nyland); and her pet Ruby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton.
