It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Joan MacLeod (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Greene and Isabela "Belle" Greene (Keeping); her former husband John B. MacSween; her husband Gordon MacLeod; and her sisters, Eileen Ward (Don) and Eleanor Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy MacSween (Paul); her siblings, Ken Greene (Louise) and Anne Jackson (Sandy) of North Sydney; her brother-in-law Fred Young; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Mercer, Lori Jackson, Kelli Jackson, Lindsay Andrea, Mark Greene, Shirley Campbell, Ron MacSween and Dan MacSween.
Memorial donations may be made to Alderwood Rest Home, Calvary Baptist Church or a charity of choice.
