He was predeceased by: his son Brent; his sisters, Marion, Ellen, Winnie and Hazel; and his parent Aaron Shepherd.
He is survived by: his wife Henrietta; his parent Elizabeth Shepherd (Best); his children, Sherry Jackson, Halifax Jackson, Lorraine Jackson (Kippy) and Claude Shepherd of North Sydney; his sister Harriett Scott of North Sydney; and his grandchildren, Charlie (Heather), Lori, Terry (Angel), Rod (Stacy), Lisa (Marc), Aaron, Rachel and Sarah. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
