The memory of Caroline Anne (Walsh) Campbell (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Walsh and Caroline Walsh (Roach); her husband LeRoy Campbell (Roy); and her siblings, Rose Baldwin (Joe), Catherine "Kay" Logue (Johnny), Matthew Walsh (Marg), Vince Walsh (Helen), Joseph Walsh (Virginia), Jim Walsh (Jean) and Rob Walsh (Joanne).
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Tracey) of Brantford, ON, Rose Campbell of Brantford, ON, Jim (Kim), Carrie Johns (Keith) of Beaverbank, NS and Dan (Shirley) of Sydney Mines; her grandchildren, Cheryl (Evan), Brent, Brandon (Caitlinn), Michelle (Shane), Chris (Scarlet), Jarrett (Katie), Amanda (Kyle) and Mark (Christena); her stepgrandchildren, Daniel McRae (Rose) and Lisa McRae (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Austin, Olivia, Lillian, Autumn, Gavin and Mia; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Henry and Amelia; and her close friend Doug Carter (Caroline). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. J. Dooley Funeral Service Ltd. (107 Pleasant St, North Sydney, NS B2A1L9). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (Archibald Ave, North Sydney, NS B2A3M4).
Memorial donations may be made to the Northside Hospital Foundation, Northside Community Guest Home or a charity of choice.
