She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Griffin and Ruth Griffin (Maxwell); and her parents-in-law, Nellie and Arthur Francis. She is survived by: her husband Derek Francis; her stepchildren, Dejiah Lynn, Derek and Kevin; her stepgrandson Hudson; her close friends, Holly and Linda; and her caregiver Dolly.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
