It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Curtis (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Curtis and Winifred Curtis; and his siblings, Shirley Cox, Bruce and Blaise.

He is survived by: his stepmother Eileen Curtis; his wife Joan Curtis (O'Quinn); his children, Gus Curtis (Marion), Emily MacSween (Todd) and Bernadette Beaton (Bruce); his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Steven, Matthew, Alex and A. J.; and his siblings, Bernice Fraser (Simon), Linda Stewart (Donnie) of Merigomish, NS and Pat Curtis (Sylvia) of Moncton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans Comfort Fund or charity of choice.
