She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Wall and Jane Wall (Cooke); her former husband Francis O'Toole; her husband Gerald Musgrave; her children, Jacinta "Cinty" Miles, Linda MacLeod, Raymond, Brian and Louie O'Toole; and her siblings, Lillian Norman, Phonse, Ned, Angus, Leo, Gerald, Louis, Thomas, Bill and Joe Wall.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie O'Toole (Joanne), Kevin O'Toole (Gary), Marlene Wallace (Wayne), Theresa O'Toole, Elizabeth Parsons (Tim) and Patsy O'Toole; her sister Josephine Christopher; her sisters-in-law, Betty Wall, Marjorie O'Toole, Florence MacNeil and Shirley MacQuarrie (Clyde); and her friend Carlotta Skinner. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
