He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buglar and Sarah Buglar (Moore); his wife Margaret Buglar (Murphy); his son Bruce Buglar; his siblings, Lottie Vallis (Richard) and Clayton Buglar; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Benoit and John Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Hann (Calvin), Harold Buglar (Lynn), Karen Black (Frank) and Brian Buglar (Kim); his sister Mabel Benoit; and his sisters-in-law, Agnes Hogan and Helen Buglar. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Cape Breton Regional Cancer Centre, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. John the Baptist Anglican Church.
