He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy West and Agnes West (Downey). He is survived by: his wife Viola (Fraser); his daughters, Donna (Garnet) and Sherri; his stepson Frederick (Elizabeth); and his sister Francine. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
