She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fraser and Eunice Fraser (Downey); and her sisters, Lillian, Esther and June.

She is survived by: her children, Janice, Shawna, Waniek, Martin (Giselle), Darren (Tessie), Dexter (Risa), Ashley (Tamica), Anthony, Howard Downey (Staggalee), Mary (Gary), Lavern (Donald), Wanda, Denise (Garvin), Caunice (Gerome) and Isaac; her godchild Sheener Williams; her brothers, Clary and Ross; her sister-in-law Ethel; her close friend Adalene Fraser; her brothers, David, Ernest, Isaac, Allen, Cyril Sr. and Louis; her siblings-in-law, Shirley, Linda, Margene, Rosella, Janet, Mary, Lottie and Vaughan; her son Derrick; and her close friends, Myrna Provo (Cain) and Onita Simmonds. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
