He is survived by: his wife Wanda Simmonds (Mercury); his sons, Cyril Mercury Jr. Truro (CJ), Wayne Simmonds (Crystal), Cody Simmonds of Calgary, AB, Cameron Brooks and Taysean Smith; and his godchildren, Adrienne Simmonds, Darlene Cain (Nonica), Adele Smith (Ian), Rhonda Downey, Quelle Beals, Jordan Croucher, Tanya Glasgow and Cyril.
