It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Scott Harvie (Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 25, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Seymour Harvie; his daughter Kathryn; and also, Russell Wile, Robert Fletcher, Edmund Dalrymple, Hughie Buchanan, Maudie Harvie, Embert Northup and Tom Barron.
He is survived by: his parent Edna Harvie (Barron); his wife Eva (Barron); his children, Avery, Kenneth (Kathy) and Carolyn (Rick); his grandchildren, Ria, Aubrey, Noah, Anna and Eva; and his siblings, Aubrey (Pauline), Elsie Wile, Etta Fletcher, Cora Dalrymple, Gary (Paulette), Keith (Marilyn), Laurie (Sheila) and Faye Buchanan (Don White). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
