It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Christena Gibson of Newport Station, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Halley Mosher and Hattie Mosher (Fielding); her husband Edmond "Andy"; her son George; and her siblings, Myrna LeBlanc, Victor, Glen, Neil and Roger.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Smith (Bob) of Cherry Hill, NS, Andrea Ettinger (Gary) of Hubbards, NS, Barbara Chung (Rod), Vernon, Garnet Gibson (Debbie) of Summerside, PEI and David (Nancy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; and many great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
