He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson MacLellan and Catherine 'Sissy' MacLellan (Grace); his sister Tori Tripp; his sisters-in-law, Debbie MacLellan, Mary Roach and Elaine MacEachern; and his parents-in-law, Mick and Lena Carrigan (Forward).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Carrigan); his children, Billy and Tammy Hogan (Sam); his granddaughters, Tammy Hogan (Dominic Keigan) and Lilly MacLellan; his siblings, Buddy, Johnnie (Marg), Kay Prior (Sonny), Ann Leacy (Harry) and Ellen Blundon (James Delorey); and his brother-in-law Tim Tripp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory can be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton.
