She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Red" and Gladys Fortune (Mason); and her siblings, Johnny, Louie, Marie and Irene.

She is survived by: her sons, Charlie (Trina) and Colin Starzyczny; and her sister Joyce Burlock (Jerome Onafray Gillis). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a niece and nephew.
