Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lillian Rosalie Donovan (New Waterford, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 74, on April 9, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hillier and Anna Hillier (Van Hove) of New Waterford; and her brother Harry Hillier. She is survived by: her husband Colin Francis Donovan; her sons, Shawn Patrick (Genevieve), Ryan Daniel (Eva) and Conal Edward Alphonsus (Aimee); her grandchildren, Cullan, Zoey, Lara, Kai, Rosalia and Alexander Donovan; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy MacInnis (late Lloyd), Margie Hillier and Georgia Marier (Mike); and her nieces and nephews, Karla, Perry, Lee-Anne, Laura, Gillian, Dan and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Lillian's memory be made to Cape Breton Regional Hospital Palliative Care, Canadian Cancer Society, or the Victoria Order of Nurses.
