John Alexander Parr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Alexander Parr (New Waterford, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Mary Parr, Alex 'Brick' and Susan Campbell; and his siblings, Margie Parr, Judy Griffiths and Wayne Parr.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy; his siblings, Deckland MacNeil, Johnny Parr Jr., Kim Parr and Melinda Burke (Earl); his close friend Shauna Slade; and his friends, Bev MacKay, Robert MacKinnon, Jamsie Burke and Mark Drake. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
